Refund policy

Because our products are surprise, we cannot offer returns or refunds based on:

  • Not liking the darts received

  • Receiving a dart style different to what the customer expected

  • Duplicate darts (unless customer correctly filled out the "Darts You Already Own" field)

Eligible Returns / Refunds

We offer replacements or refunds ONLY if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The item is incorrect based on your selected weight

  • The darts are faulty

You must contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the issue

Exchanges

If your darts arrive damaged or faulty, we may offer:

  • A replacement set, or

  • A full refund
