Shipping policy

At Surprise Dart Box, we aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. We are a small UK business, so while we work hard to ship promptly, some delays may occur during busy periods.

Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

Shipping Time

We ship using Royal Mail or other trusted UK couriers.

Typical delivery times:

  • UK Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days after dispatch

  • UK Tracked Delivery: 1–3 working days after dispatch

These estimates are provided by the courier and are not guaranteed.

Shipping fees are shown at checkout and depend on service selected.

Delays

Once dispatched, delivery times are out of our control.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering a correct and complete address. We cannot refund or replace items shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

If your parcel hasn't arrived within 10 working days from dispatch:
